DAY 1 | ARRIVE IN CAIRO

Your pilgrimage begins as you arrive in Cairo and check-in to your hotel.
DAY 2 | CAIRO
TUESDAY, JANUARY 21ST
Today we enjoy an Egyptian museum where we will see treasures from the great King Tut. We find a local lunch spot before continuing on to the Alabaster Mosque. The evening concludes with a Welcome Reception complete with tapas and drinks.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 22ND
Today spend a full day of exploring the pyramids of Ancient Memphis.
DAY 4 | FLIGHT
THURSDAY, JANUARY 23RD
We wake in Cairo but take a short flight to Luxor where we enjoy a free evening after embarkation.
DAY 5 | LUXOR
FRIDAY, JANUARY 24TH
We enjoy exclusive access to the Tomb of Queen Nefertari before exploring the Valley of Kings and Queens.
DAY 6 | EDFU
SATURDAY, JANUARY 25TH
We venture today to the Temple of Horus.
DAY 7 | ASWAN
SUNDAY, JANUARY 26TH
We enjoy a free morning or partake in the optional excursion to Abu Simbel ($425pp). Later, we experience a felucca ride around Elephantine Island.
DAY 8 | ASWAN & KOM OMBO
MONDAY, JANUARY 27TH
We venture to a Nubian village and visit Philae Temple before embarking to the Great Temple of Kom Ombo. We conclude the day with a traditional Galabeya evening.
DAY 9 | LUXOR
TUESDAY, JANUARY 28TH
We enjoy a scenic cruise before arriving at Karnak Temple for a visit. We learn the art of papyrus making before visiting both Luxor Temple and Luxor Market.
DAY 10 | QENA
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 29TH
We venture to the Temple of Hathor before cruising back to Luxor.
DAY 11 | LUXOR & CAIRO
THURSDAY, JANUARY 30TH
We disembark our cruise ship to fly back to Cairo. We enjoy exclusive access to Abdeen Palace for a private tour and lunch. After lunch, we visit Coptic Quarter.
DAY 12 | FAREWELL
FRIDAY, JANUARY 31ST
We say farewell and return home.

On to Norway as we arrive in Kristiansand at 8:00am and spend the day before departing at 4:00pm.

We arrive in Stavanger at 10:00am and spend the morning before departing at 1:00pm.
DAY 5 | FLAM
FRIDAY, AUGUST 16TH
We arrive in Flam at 10:00am and spend the day before departing at 4:00pm.
DAY 6 | OLDEN
SATURDAY, AUGUST 17TH
We arrive in Olden at 11:00am and spend the day before departing at 6:00pm.
DAY 7 | GEIRANGER
SUNDAY, AUGUST 18TH
We arrive in Geiranger at 10:00am and spend the day before departing at 5:00pm. We have a short trip before arriving at Geirangerfjord at 6:00pm.
DAY 8 & 9| BERGEN
MONDAY, AUGUST 19TH & TUESDAY, AUGUST 20TH
We arrive in Bergen at 1:00pm on Monday and spend two days before departing on Tuesday at 6:00pm.
DAY 10 & 11 | AT SEA & EDINBURGH
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 21ST
We spend a leisurely day at sea enjoying the open water before arriving in Edinburgh at 7:00am on Thursday.
Note: All group tours require a minimum number of participants in order to operate as described. If this minimum number is not obtained, GOMEGA Tours & Travel reserves the right to offer the program at a different rate based on the final number of participants, or to cancel a tour altogether, in consultation with the tour leader.
